Anders Skjærvik

Anders Skjærvik is a Master of Science with extensive experience from the industry as entrepreneur, management and board work in companies within product design, product development and manufacturing. He established Scandinavian Tooling and Production AS (STP) in 1999 which develop and manufacture industrial products on behalf of the business sector, both domestic and abroad, which is sold to customers worldwide. STP is the main shareholder and one of the founders of Free Energy AS. STP is an important partner in the company’s innovative development work.
Roar Petersen

Roar Petersen

Roar Pettersen is a graduate engineer in machinery with extensive experience of tooling manufacturing, material characteristics, mechanics, logistics and administration. His background includes both research community SINTEF and as product developer in tooling- and manufacturing enterprise Dynoplast. Roar currently works as CEO of Scandinavian Tooling and Production AS.

Anders Flaten

Anders Flaten is a graduate engineer in mechanical engineering. He has extensive experience in industrial manufacturing and production techniques from several industries. This includes project- and quality managament, product development, prototyping and materials. He also has extensive experience and knowledge within international manufacturing supervision.

Tore Andreas Østerlie

Tore A. Østerlie holds a Bachelor in Marketing and Economics from the Norwegian Institute of Technologi (NTNU) and a Bacehelor in IT Project management. He has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, advertising, finance and IT-Management. He works with marketing and branding on digital and paper-based platforms.
Kristin Lie Lysholm

Kristin Lie Lysholm

Kristin Lie Lysholm is a certified public accountant. She holds a Bachelor in Economics and Administration from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (HIST/NTNU).

Kristin has 25 years of experience as an auditor in Deloitte, Systemrevisjon and PwC and has broad experience in economics and accounting from a variety of industries.Additionally, she has 8 years of experience as a certified public accountant for many different businesses.

Kristin is employed by Scandinavian Tooling & Production AS and is responsible for the accounts of all the companies within the STP group.

Marcus Kanewoff

Marcus Kanewoff

Marcus Kanewoff is a graduate engineer within power supply with additional qualifications in HVAC. Marketing Economics Diploma (DIHM). He has long experience from the Nordic HVAC market as CEO of Roth Nordic, where he during his 10 years conducted a turnaround, tripled sales and doubled the company’s market share as well as reaching the international group’s long term economic goals.
Gilbert Jensen

Gilbert Jensen

Gilbert Jensen is a master of science and a visionary entrepreneur with his own business since 1998. He has a key part within business development, management and sales. Gilbert has been CEO at the start of IT-, telecom- and clean-tech companies. His core competence is to contribute to profitable growth in global companies and contribute to the green transition by using of solar energy.

Jakob Jamot

Jakob Jamot is a mechatronics engineer with a Master’s degree in product development from Chalmers University of Technology. Jakob has a unique and broad expertise in the conversion of renewable energy and various types of energy storage. For many years he has developed simulation methods and gained a broad and deep insight into what is needed to create successful energy systems. Jakob’s driving force is to create efficient energy systems that take into account technical, economic and environmental perspectives.
Lars Andrén

Lars Andrén

Lars Andrén has devoted his entire professional career to solar energy. Lars was product manager in TeknoTerm for more than 10 years, at that time one of the leading solar energy companies in Sweden. From 1995-2015 Lars Andrén was head of the trade organization Swedish Solar Energy. Lars is also a known debater and writer in Sweden. He’s also one of Swedens renowned lecturer about the topic of renewable energy, energy-efficient buildings and off course solar energy in various forms. Lars has written several books on solar energy, passive-houses and heating systems in general.
Serge Gale

Serge Gale

Serge Gale has a PhD in Robotics and Machine Learning attained from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He also holds a Master of Engineering in Cybernetics from the University of Reading (UK). Prior to earning his PhD, Serge worked on a number of high profile projects in high energy physics and nuclear fusion for Joint European Torus (JET) and International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER). He holds a keen interest in embedded systems, artificial intelligence, large scale data analytics and blockchain technologies.
Ed Robbins

Ed Robbins

Ed Robbins holds a PhD in cyber security from the University of Kent. Ed has worked on robotic control systems for the world’s largest experimental fusion reactor (the Joint European Torus), tooling deployed by Blackberry’s Security Research Group, a bespoke Linux Operating System for a series of bomb disposal robots, and memory safety of Internet of Things (IoT) Operating Systems for Raytheon UK. Funded by GCHQ, Ed developed the worlds first provably correct decompiler, work that continues in partnership with the UK Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE). Ed’s interests are software reverse engineering and security, safety critical code, IoT technology, and applying new technology to solve real life problems.
Daniel Norcott

Daniel Norcott

Daniel Norcott is a Chartered Engineer with an MSc in Cybernetics, a BEng in Electronic Engineering and over 12 years of progressive industry experience. He has worked in interesting fields such as explosion prevention (ATEX) and bomb disposal robots. Skills include schematic capture, PCB layout, algorithm design and both project and multidisciplinary team management. Engineering is a passion that spreads heavily into his personal life, where he can usually be found creating or restoring projects that range from robots and 3D printers, through to classic cars, sinking houseboats and property from the 1800’s.
Steve Conlan

Steve Conlan

Steve Conlan is a Software Engineer with over 20 years of experience in various fields. He has worked on Military software for Nuclear submarines, software for race car telemetry recording, European radar control, geotechnical measurement and analysis, near real time broadcast software, and mobile big data capture and analysis. Steve has a keen interest in architecture, programming languages, and software development as a discipline.
